Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Pest Control in Dubai
Year-round protection for your business with scheduled visits, unlimited emergency callouts, and audit-ready reporting. Priced to your premises.
An Annual Maintenance Contract keeps pests out of your business all year, not just when there is already a problem. Instead of paying per callout, you get a planned programme of regular visits plus unlimited emergency response between them, all for one predictable contract.
Dubai Municipality requires many businesses to hold an active pest control contract with a licensed company and to keep a treatment logbook ready for inspection. Nextal Pest Control runs AMC programmes across Dubai for food, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, logistics, and more, each built around your premises, your pest risks, and the compliance you answer to.
How your AMC works
- 1
Free site survey
We assess your premises, pest risks, and any compliance you answer to.
- 2
Tailored schedule
A visit plan built to your risk level, monthly, fortnightly, or quarterly.
- 3
Recurring visits + 24/7 callouts
Scheduled treatment plus unlimited emergency response between visits.
- 4
Audit-ready reports
Documentation after every visit, ready for inspections and head office.
Why put your business on an AMC
Predictable cost, no surprise callout bills
One annual contract covers scheduled visits and emergencies, so your pest budget is fixed for the year.
Prevention, not reaction
Regular monitoring catches activity early, before it becomes an infestation, a health risk, or a failed inspection.
Compliance and audit ready
Every visit is documented with reports you can show Dubai Municipality, auditors, landlords, or your head office.
One team that knows your site
The same technicians return each visit, so they know your layout, your risk points, and your history.
