Staff Accommodation & Labour Camp Pest Control AMC in Dubai
Compliant annual programmes for high-occupancy housing, with the records your inspections require.
In short
A staff accommodation pest control AMC in Dubai is a yearly contract with a licensed company covering scheduled block-by-block treatment, proactive bed bug management across shared rooms, and full treatment records, meeting the UAE labour housing requirement to appoint a licensed pest control company and keep documented evidence. It keeps high-occupancy housing healthy for residents and clear at inspection. Nextal prices each accommodation AMC after a free survey.
Staff accommodation and labour camps are high-occupancy environments with shared kitchens, washrooms, and sleeping areas, which makes them especially prone to bed bugs, cockroaches, and rodents that spread quickly from one room to the next. UAE labour housing rules require employers to appoint a licensed pest control company and keep records of the work carried out.
Our accommodation AMC delivers scheduled block-by-block treatment, proactive bed bug management, and full record keeping, so your housing stays healthy for residents and compliant for inspectors. The same team returns each visit and learns which blocks and rooms carry the recurring risk.
Signs your accommodation needs a pest control contract
- Residents reporting bites, or bed bug spots on mattresses and seams
- Cockroaches in communal kitchens, washrooms, or corridors
- Droppings or gnaw marks near waste and food storage
- Mosquitoes or flies around outdoor, waste, and washing areas
- Missing or incomplete treatment records for a housing inspection
The pests we target in staff accommodation

Amazing quality service!! Faizan and Touheed did an amazing job in my villa. 100% recommend them
Very efficient service. All cockroaches were not cleared in first service, they came second time, for free, to redo the process. Strongly recommended.
Very professional team! They came and did a thorough inspection. The next day they came and placed the spikes. I am very satisfied with their service
